Credit Rating

A Credit Rating is an assessment of the credit worthiness of an issuer, the so-called Issuer Rating, or of a financial instrument, for example, Bonds, known as the Issuance Rating.

Since June 2002 Bertelsmann has an Issuer Rating from the rating agencies Standard & Poor's and Moody's. The current ratings of Bertelsmann are as follows:
